Problem connecting to Meteobridge with Weatherlink **solved*

I have installed Meteobridge, using the Davis 6510USB in a Vantage Pro2 console.

Everything is working with regards to the download from the console, and uploading to Wunderground and CWOP.

However I cannot connect to the Meteobridge with Weatherlink.

I have configured Weatherlink for TCP/IP communications on TCP Port 22222, using the Local Device ID of 192.168.0.69 (the IP address of the Meteolink).

When I use the "Find" button in Weatherlink, it returns "Device not found"

When I set the above parameters in Weatherlink and use the "Test" button, it returns "TCP/IP: Communications error found. Check settings and try again."

Both the Meteobridge and the computer are connected to the same Switch, with assigned IP addresses.

Searched for an answer, and have not found one.

Thanks for any help.

It is working.

Even though Weatherlink returns an error when the "Find" and the "Test" functions are used, with the correct information in the Communication Port settings, Weatherlink is obtaining the data from Meteobridge.

I had not tried to actually connect because of the errors. However, when I checked the Meteobridge log I saw that the connection was opening.

So I opened Weatherlink and found that all the data is being retrieved and displayed.

Sorry for the false alarm.
