WindChill calculation wrong when changing Primary Sensor

I have changed my primary temperature sensor into th1temp because this sensor is mounted in a better position (150cm) on ground level in the garden. Reading the windchill value's I have noticed that this value is still calculated with th0temp sensor, providing higher results than the actual temperature.

Does someone know how to change the primary calculation for wind0chill ?

Which kind of weather station are you using?

I am using a Davis VP2 Pro UV/Solar and have attached a second Temp/Hum station. I am using the Temp/Hum station as primary because this unit is mounted at 1.5mtr level.
so th1temp is primary and and I am using wind0wind from the ISS sensors

This is really hard to solve in the current design.
It also brings the question to my mind how you tell the Davis console to take another temp sensor for computing wind chill. Is there an option for that in the console?

Hi, I am not using the Davis VP2 Pro console. I am using the Meteobridge Pro RF, therefore readings go directly into Metobridge.
It is not possible to change the console primary sensors. I am using the Meteobridge as primary because the PRO RF has the benefit that the device can read the extra Temp/Hum sensors at a 0.1 degrees accuracy which the VP2 console only can for the ISS sensors.

I would think that the meteobridge will take the primary sensor to calculate the windchill based on the wind0wind readings because it is possible to set th0temp, th1temp etc as primary.

I am just thinking out loud :) My ISS station is fitted on a rooftop (13mtrs) and my second Temp/Hum station is in the garden at (150cm, the appropriate hight) and I have set the second temp to primary because it gives more accurate conditions.

regards, Eric

Newest update will apply the selected primary sensor to all windchill calculations.
