This version doing some abnormal stuff on the Services tab

Services that were previously OFF (Inactive) were highlighted but could not be turned OFF as the only option was ON. Every time Services were saved the System tab would come up. Was able to delete the buggy services but now unable to add NEW services as the System tab comes up every time with no new Service under the Service tab

Strange. My MB works fine. Can you give me access to check out?

Rebooted to build 10237 this morning, still the same.

Bug was related with over 300 files in export folder, which caused a buffer overflow.
Is fixed with August 2 version, which is just being built and uploaded.
