Reduced service availability between August 12 and 31

Because of vacation support requests will be handled less frequently until end of August.
Please make use of the great experience from the senior users in this forum to get things
sorted out. There will not be a complete standstill in emails and forum posts from my side
but I will spend most of my time not sitting in front of a monitor
