MBPro 3.1 Oct 17 Build 10613 via Davis WLIP uploading to WeatherLink every 5 minutes ok

Uploads to WOW are kicking back a lot of "ERROR 429. Too frequent observations." WOW upload set to every 10 minutes.

This is not continual, at times on the Weather Nets Tab all is green ticks then will be red crosses with Error 429, similar on the Live Data tab a cycle of green & red with Error 429. There does appear some data is getting through to WOW but Dashboard remains blank for some reason?

Each time you enter "Weather Network" tab, Meteobridge checks credentials with the selected
networks to report green or red marks. Unfortunately, WOW does interpret this as a try
of sending some data and returns an error, when this happens more often than they like.
So just ignore.
