Latest rfxcom433e and 5.0t

Has anyone got an rfxcom433e running the latest firmware and meteohub 5.0t working? I just set up a new Raspberry Pi 3 with 5.0t and it's just not getting anything in terms of sensor data. Seeing this in the logs too -
logger (09.01.2017 17:51:01): data logger (version 5.0t, build 184) started.
logger (09.01.2017 17:51:02): station 0 (RFXTRX 433MHz), can't set attributes of device x: Bad file descriptor
logger (09.01.2017 17:51:32): station 0 (RFXTRX 433MHz), can't set attributes of device x: Bad file descriptor
logger (09.01.2017 17:52:02): station 0 (RFXTRX 433MHz), can't set attributes of device x: Bad file descriptor
logger (09.01.2017 17:52:32): station 0 (RFXTRX 433MHz), can't set attributes of device x: Bad file descriptor
logger (09.01.2017 17:53:02): station 0 (RFXTRX 433MHz), can't set attributes of device x: Bad file descriptor
I do have an older meteohub, rfxcom and raspberry pi working so this *used* to work. However, it clearly doesn't work now. Having browsed some the earlier threads, I'm not a little concerned that meteohub has quietly dropped support for rfxcom. If that's true, I'll be looking for a refund on my new license...
Boris? Any thoughts on rfxcom and meteohub?
Regards
