My MB Pro is set for the rain year to run from October.

The year total shows only rainfall from 1 January and not 1 October as I would expect.

How do I access the total from October 1?

In fact, each time I try to change the Annual Rain to start form another month, it reverts to October.

I tried on my MB PRO and I can change "Annual Rain Start". Did you press "save and apply" after doing the change?

I did.

I also tried several other months but to no avail.

It seems the MB Pro is stuck in October and the following message is displayed each time I click save and apply:

Can you please give me remote access as explained in the FAQ?
