Hi Admin
The server at https://admin.meteobridge.com has been down for days meaning I cannot communicate with my MBPro and cannot view data from it. The message I get is:

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at admin.meteobridge.com Port 443

Is the server really down or is there a problem my end? Is this normal - the server was down for some days just a couple of weeks ago.

The message you get just indicates that the SSH tunnel to your client devices is not up and running.
The server itself does have no downtime, it is always there. So it must be on your end.
Sometimes a reboot fixes this.

Is the MB behind a corporate firewall?
