Hello to the Forum,
So, at the weekend I decided to set up a WOW account with the Met Office in the UK. This was so I could up load my data from my Meteohub Raspberry PI (software version 5.0t (Build 184)).
So first up, I have read ALL relating posts on the Forum to do with uploading to the WOW system, second, I have follow all instruction as per the WOW site.
This includes:
Using correct “Site ID” and “AWS Pin” number.
Setting up a TEST site and tried using the new “Site ID” and “AWS Pin” number.
As a final solution I telephoned the Met Office help desk, which they were extremely helpful in looking into their end for me! Basically nothing is being received at their end! So in the end we agreed to completely delete my account so that I could start from scratch again, starting with this post on the Forum.
Basically nothing was been sent up to their site from my Meteohub!
So I have just ordered a RP3 to upgrade my system at the weekend (something I have wanted to do for a while) however I think this is not the problem as my current system (Raspberry Pi 1 Model B) has being running for almost 3 year with no problems!
So I have two questions:
1. Have I missed something (I don’t believe I have!)
2. Is there something “possibly” with the software (just a thought!)
I would be most grateful for any pointers/help please.
As a final note I did set up a Weather Underground account and that does upload fine!
So I am now at the end of my understand and need further help!

Just to let you know I have exchanged several emails with Boris concerning this matter!
He has now issued an updated to resolve the issue, which I am now running and monitoring. From what Boris found, the last few characters
were been left off the Site ID, there for it was flagged as an invalid Site ID!

Hi All!

Just an up date. Uploading to Met Office WOW is working fine now!

Just one thing I have now noticed on WOW and the same applies to Weather Underground.
I have the upload intervals set to every 5 minutes, however when looking at the tables on both sites
I see that sometimes the intervals change between 5 and 10 mins! What could be the cause for this?

Both WOW and Underground suggest intervals between 5 - 10 mins.

I just think it is a bit odd that it is doing it on both sites. Please note these are the only two sites I upload to!

Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas?
