I can't restart my TL-MR3020

It quit sending data and I did the configmeteobridge.com, saved, downloaded, copied and pasted the config.tgz onto a fat32 USB. Inserted the USB into the meteobridge, powered it up and the leds just fast flash and never quit. What am I doing wrong?

Fast flashing for a lengthy period means No internet connection.

Looks like the network credentials given by the USB stick do not fit. Are you sure USB stick is formatted FAT32 and not MacOS or NTFS?
