Davis console configuration

Newest version of Meteobridge allows to configure the Davis console remotely. This is comes handy when changing settings from remote and totally spares you to fiddle with the Davis console or the PC-program. It also allows you to have the console date/time synced with the Internet each time the logging process starts.
