Maybe this is the dumbest question ever placed on this platform, but since last Monday the green light on my MB pro stays on; that for four days on a row now. I’ve never noticed this before. Last reboot was on Monday, must I do that again? I have seen there are some new updates.
If you finished laughing, please let me know if I have to do something to resolve this

No idea to be honest. Does go back to normal, when you reboot?

Rebooted the MB pro this evening and the green light turned off now.
