I use a local foscam
External Picture URL: 192.168.1.55:88/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2
correctly generates aircam.jpg but does not load ftp.
in fw 3.6 works well.

I guess the problem is in:
adds support for HTTPS URLs for grabbing web cam pictures.

Does not upload to wunderground either!

fixes a freshly introduced bug that prevents web cam pictures to be uploaded to the Meteobridge server.

I have Meteobridge 3.7 (Aug 26 2018, build 819), FW 1.1 tried to reboot with update on reboot set and still says Aug 26 build 819.

Same. Multiple reboots and I am still getting.

nope, it is from August 27. I deployed it again, just to make sure the upload went fine.

Confirmed update took place and web camera image upload to wunderground working again!

Still not working as of 6:09am 8/28/2018. Had to go back to 3.6 on the TL-AC920

Do I need to change my http:// to https:// as I am reading this correctly?

Here is what my camera URL setting looks like:

When it is automatically rerouted by your cam to a HTTPS URL then you need to use the final HTTPS address to avoid a hidden protocol change which makes Meteobridge to decide falsely if the non-ssl or ssl-enabled wget should be used for data transfer form the cam.

just did a test with latest runlevel.

Did a reboot.
Login meteobridge via webinterface.
Meteobridge Weather Cam option was again selected on "none"
And no upload of a weathercam image.
Have to enable it again.
After enable the image is uploaded every minute to my local ftp server.

Still a big, I'm afraid.
Somehow the selection to enable upload in the Weather Station tab is not proper saved in the config file of meteobridge, I assume.
