Problem with Twitter / use Apple Watch LTE ?

Hello!
I have a service called Comfort on my Apple Watch, which gives data from my Netatmo Station to the clock, even via LTE, so if the phone is not there and is connected via Bluetooth.
Unfortunately there is no such thing for Meteobridge or does anyone have any idea how to implement this.
As an alternative, the Twitter service sends values to the account every minute. Unfortunately, Twitter blocks the account after just 2 days because of spam suspected.
Is there also a solution for this, because the App Chirp for Watch with LTE would display the tweets well.
Do you have an Idde?
Unfortunately, you can not reach the Twitter service by mail, the contact is unfortunately only with an automatic response.
