Can the MB Pro be set up so that the HomeWeatherStation Dashboard can be viewed locally like the Nano SD as I don't have my own website. If it can be done is there a tutorial showing how?

Openwrt base system used on the PRO is a few years older than the one for the new NANO. As a result the PHP package needed to operate HomeWeatherStation is not available for the MB PRO. I will look for a solution, but currently don't see that this can be done short-term.

Would it be possible to update the Openwrt version on the pro units or is there a hardware limitation (processor too old, etc)?

Needs further inspection. Cannot say before trying.
