Wind data not current - HELP

Hello,
My current wind data is not being uploaded for some reason. I'm not sure what changed... My wind:wind is 4.9 when in reality we are having 10+ mph winds steady.

According to the Live Data (Wind 1 sec 2.2m/s) and Historical Data wind:wind Now 2.2m/s that is up to date. The Balloon is showing History over the past 2, 5, 10 ... minutes etc and it appears the MB may have been rebooted in the last 10+ minutes? Appears to be reflecting what it is reading. Not exactly sure what you mean by "is not being uploaded", uploaded to where?
What are you gauging 10+mph wind with? Another anemometer or just a perception?
