I'va a Meteobridge NANO with this version:

Meteobridge 3.9 (Mar 2 2019, build 1962), FW 1.3

Rebooting I can't get the latest release. How can I do?

Have you tried doing a complete repower instead of rebooting? Remove any backup batteries in the console first.
