Twitter MB issues

Im update my MB (TL-MR3020) to 4.0, but when i trying to request PIN for twitter, push the button and nothing happens!, only say Error: Twitter feed; X Authentication, doesnt appear the popup windows! nothing!
I think maybe is happen because i dont get to reset the MB.

Still have the issues:
when i click on PIN REQUEST
"/bin/sh: /root/mytwit.sh: not found"

Looks like some code is missing. Did you try a reboot? This reloads code. Can also be a hw defect, that internal flash is defective. You can try resetting to factory defaults (doing backup of settings before is a good idea).

I did many times, but i dont know why doesnt take a hard reset, the MB is reset but i dont think is a hard reset!

How did you do reset to factory defaults? Why don't you think it is a hard reset?

I saw a video on youtube from Weerhuisje, i did exactly that and the MB had a reset, but is still give me the same issue for twitter.
