Raspberry PI - Oregon WMR300 with sensor eror - any tips

Hi!
I have been running a setup with Meteohub / Raspberry PI (Model 2 and now 3) / WMR300 - connected via USB with the Oregon WMR 300 console around 3 years, and it has been very reliable (not having the SD card issues described elsewhere).
Quite suddenly this autumn some of the sensor data is not "getting through" to the Meteohub ( I get indoor temp and rain, not outdoor temp and (mostly not (only somtime)s wind), while all data of course are there on the WMR 300 console reliable all the time (of course if the data was not on the console the fault would have been within WMR300 setup).
Does anyone have suggestions for trouble shooting - sensor data problems ?
I have tested the obvious re-booted, taken power away both from the Raspberry and the WMR300 console, and even changed the rechargeable battery at the weather station sensor end without any improvement.
Would you tried to install Meteohub on new micro SD card, change hardware (Raspberry P), or ?
Thanks for any suggestions for the trouble shooting!
