previously i had a vantage vue with a meteo stick. I use meteoplug software. Now I want to use the meteoplug software with my vantage pro and meteobridge nano. I am trying to enter the mac address of the meteobridge in the "Client Device> New MAC" box from meteoplug. But then I get the message "No valid MAC specified ba-D8 ...." But I see that MAC address is in the modem / router for the meteobridge. Where does it go wrong?

Please check your Meteobridge nano System tab
The box with label "Network" shows the Mac address of the Nano.
Check if that is the same as the one you are entering in MeteoPlug.

Wim, thanks a lot for your reply. The problem was the notation meteoplug expects B8:D8:12:...... I copied the macaddress from the modem, they give B8.D.8.12 ....
I have now a message in green that say that th macaddress is accepted. Thanks again

After a lot of problems the supllier have send me a new meteobridge. Now it works fine (almost 8 hours...). But cant made a connection with the meteoplug. Also something different as you say, no mac address on network but on tab " system" . When I use that address i got the message
New MAC is unknown. Meteoplug client has to make contact with server before client's MAC can be used.: B8:D8:12:60:**:**
Solved, I was forgotten to made a connection with the cloud
