I just received my tp-link TL-MR3020 and tried to flash it with the firmware "meteoplug-tl-mr3020-v1.4.bin" as described in Gettind Started guide. Unfortunately this is not possible via the web connection because I receive the message "Error code: 4503 The upload file was not accepted". The version of the MR3020 is 3.2. Any ideas how to solve this problem?

There is no solution. There is no meteoplug client for MR3020v3. You can use Meteobridge, which supports MR3020v3 and Meteoplug Cloud service.
