Missing Data in Plots - Seems to be There Though

We had a power outage from early morning 1st Dec until late morning, and no internet until the next afternoon. So there is a gap in my plots as expected. What's odd is that if I log into Meteoplot and look at data logs, I see the data present (downloaded the file for Dec, unzipped). Why then do I not see the data in my plots?
