Sporadic errors when updating Dashboard

Hello,
From time to time this error is reported in upload status tab (see below). As you'll see all other services are ok, it should be noticed there is no internet shortage. Is there anything to worry about? Running NANO SD Meteobridge 5.0 (Dec 27 2020, build 3670), FW 1.4
