GW1000 2nd Soil Sensor not displayed

Hi,
I have a GW1000 connected to my Meteobridge Nano FW 5.1 (May 6 2021, build 3867), FW 1.3 and while the 1. Soil Sensor is showing correctly, the second sensor does not show up - while I can see it in the App displaying data correctly. Any idea?

OK - I got a second sensor appearing, but it somehow takes a while and the 3rd one is reluctant to show.

I will do some more checking.

Does the sensor show in the WSView app (live data and sensors ID) ?
Resetting the sensor may help (take battery cap off and close it again).

I have the sensors reported by two GW1000 to Meteobridge (Pro/RPi) (2 stations).
and sometimes some of them show in MB live data as last reported up to 30 min whereas the same sensor reported by the other GW1000 reported only seconds back. The transmitting interval of the WH51 sensors is 70 seconds, only when a sudden change in moisture occurs, it goes down to 10 seconds.

The other question is of course how far away the sensor is from the console (GW1000) and what obstacles are in between. As the sensors are usually located very low, more potential attenuation is to be expected.

Hi,
thanks for the feedback. I am a bit further.

Right now I have 2 out of 3 Sensors reporting without a problem in Meteobridge. However the 3. one is not showing whatever I do ... remove the GW1000, add, restart the bridge, etc. - they will not come up, while they work well when looking at them via the app.

What is also not ideal is the fact, that they report as "TH" in the XML ... having them as GS (for Gateway1000 Soil) would be much better, since then I can easily integrate them into my home automation module.

Just to check - the GW1000 firmware is 1.6.6 - right ?

Also, the MB live data monitor can be a tricky one - sometimes, and I had this many times, I thought one of my SM sensors was missing, and it was just somewhere down the page, not together with the other ones. Why so is a mystery to me. Maybe the logger only catches it/them in a 2nd, 3rd attempt and then doesn't sort it but adds it to the end of the list.
Maybe have a closer look at the raw live data list.

Another thing worth trying is to deactivate SM sensors 3-8 actively in the WSView app,
(sensors ID, blue pen, disable, save),
then take your sensor #3, remove the cap, wait 5 seconds, lock the cap again (it's a sensor reset), then take slot #4 and enter the sensor ID which shows on the sensor near the cap.
Do NOT click/tap on "Re-register", select the blue pen, in the opening window enter the sensor ID, choose "enable" and then "save".
After some time the "signal strength" (which is not signal strength but a count of how many packets have been received from the sensor) will build up.
Then check again in the MB live data (also paging fully down and inspect the list carefully).
