I assume that you first created that Chart and save it on your MB. Every hour or every ten minutes whatever you want.
This command is followed by the command to upload that chart to your server with ftp. Create first, then send.
So delete service #9 as it is
New Service #9 "triggered by event" (so now time interval is not applicable)
Now it is a command that follows the creation of the Chart that is stored on your MB.
So "triggered" by event #8 (example)
Now you have to show that "lastfile" the way to that root.
Depending on how it is set up at your Web hosting provider, it should look something like this:
/domains/YOUR DOMAIN NAME/public_html/your directory/[YYYY]-[MM]-[DD].html
The name itself is an example, depending on what you want to get on your website. You know that because it once worked.
And last but not least. I would check the "delete file" box in the new service #9. Otherwise, the periodically created chart will always be saved. Six times an hour (in your example) et cetera....
Now every time that periodically created Chart (#8) is created-uploaded-deleted.....and again and again until you make a mistake

or really want to stop.
