WL Cloud / WeatherLink.com Download Error

Has anybody come across the following Error before with the Web Download option with WeatherLinkPC?
Invalid Account Information - Please Check User ID and Password in Communication Settings
Using a valid DID & Key uploading to WL Cloud which works as expected, WeatherLink.com bulletin main page and Summary are uploading just fine, all Embedded and Station summary URL's: are all good but use the same credentials (DID & Key) that are uploading to Weather.com in WeatherLinkPC > Setup > Communication Port window (Web Download) to download archive data and get this Invalid Account Error.
Rather a bit strange as the DID & Key obviously syncs with WeatherLink.com for upload but not download?
