WLL not workinkg on MB

I installed a new Weatherlink Live and a MB running on a Raspberry Pi.
I configured everything, but in Live Data > Raw Sensor Data is shown this message:
Data logger momentarily cannot provide data. Please try again in a minute. If it does not show up later, please also check weather station selection on "Station" tab.
WLL IP is right, but if I try to see IP Founds, no IP is shown, on Primary Station page.
