Meteobridge Pro with CumulusMX and WeatherLink Live. **solved**

CumulusMx on a PC connected to a WeatherLink IP logger via Meteobridge, where the PC is not running 24/7, can automatically obtain historical data from the logger when CumulusMX is restarted. However, CumulusMX cannot do the same if connected to WeatherLink Live without a Pro account at weatherlink.com, whether or not connected via Meteobridge.
Seeing the enhanced capability of Meteobridge Pro and the internal storage available made me wonder if that would enable CumulusMX to access historical data stored in the Meteobridge (as opposed to getting it from WeatherLink Live). The CumulusMX developer has advised that it would, provided the Meteobridge Pro 'emulated a VP2 logger'. It sounds like it would have to be a true emulation, not just allowing pass-through access.
Can anyone advise if Meteobridge Pro emulates a VP2 logger (combining if necessary data from a primary station and multi sensor transmitter connected to WLL) and has the capability to serve CumulusMX with historical data as the logger does? If the Meteobridge Pro has such capability it could obviate the need for a Pro account at weatherlink.com.
