cam not showing

I had to restore a meteobridge device TL-MR3020...everything is working apart from the cam image and i cannot seem to find the problem.
It shows it is uploading the cam image but seems unable to read the image...see screenshot please :
when going to image there is just a question mark see screenshot :
It says: The image “https-//admin.meteobridge.com/beec4211c09c03c52ce89bc0ed6ffaa2/aircam.jpg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.
It has previously beenworking perfectly and I have quite a few other meteobridge devices with a similar camwhich are all working...
Any ideas PLEASE
