netatmo sources still not recognized?

We have 2 main netatmo base stations reporting from many weather sensors, some inside a greenhouse. We've owned them ever since 2016 and had to replace only two of the segments (the anemo-meter, after 7 years of near perfect wind reporting in a pretty harsh climate) and the outdoor sensor (also, broke after 7 years mostly because of humidity which is quite an issue where we live).
Either way, I just would like to stress that netatmo is NOT such a bad brand for weather data. These units have provided fairly accurate and reliably for almost a decade now. In fact, there's not one other brand with the same reliability score we can mention. We own, test and use many weather/air sensors etc. from other brands as well, like ecowitt, davis, barani, weatherflow, some local unbranded manufacturers plus several obscure or home-made eco sensors as well.
What surprises me is that meteobridge is not able to by default grab data from the netatmo api. It's open for use, and it's cumbersome that I keep having to route it around the meteobridge, as I would prefer the MB Pro red I have here to be our logger for at least a few of netatmo's sensors. I now run it through domoticz, which sees ALL its sensors with no issues whatsoever.

I am not aware that Netamo does provide a local API to grab data from. My impression is they are all-locked-in on their cloud services. But I might be wrong. I don't follow Netamo news as it is not what weather enthusiasts typically put their money in.
