How do I remove the Ambient WX net option? Used to be able to change to "no uploads" but I have done that and rebooted but its still there.
Reason is that im having issues uploading since I recently upgraded from the Pro to Pro2.
I want to remove it then add it back to see if theres any diff.

Being an Ambient (subscription) device then Ambient might preference the top of the list? Normally a Pro has Weather Underground first in the list and that also appears to be sticky (unable to remove) even though Upload Interval: no upload, even if one doesn't use WU.

Just to cover things, I presume you [Saved] before rebooting? It also appears your Ambient network (subscription?) is EXPIRED, which could be the reason for not uploading? Is this Pro2 registered on the Ambient network?

Meteobridges sold by AmbientWeather as "Weatherbridges" have the AmbientWeather network as a default option instead of WU which the non-branded Meteobridges show as default. Apart from that "Weatherbidges" and Meteobridges are identical.

What puzzles me is that the error message shows up although "no upload" is specified. I will check this.

i have an ambient account but not a paid sub. i updated my device on ambient, deleted and added it back and deleted the account then added it back with the same results. thought id ask b4 i ask ambient directly.

I can make the error message go away when "no upload" selected.

Reason for not being able to report to the Ambient Weather Network needs to be discussed by you with Ambient (if you want to make use of it).

thanks, i have already pinged ambient. i am thinking that maybe its something related to my backup config.
i used my saved pro config to update my pro2.

as the license is device bound, this cannot work - hence you have to ask Ambient to transfer your license to the new device (MAC address)

Not sure if it was Ambient or myself but its working again.
I had multiple accounts but only 1 with the correct MAC so I deleted 2 of them and updated the 3rd with the new MAC
and now I am no longer getting errors. Thanks for all the feedback.
