weather station internet connection via meteobridge fails

Since 2016 I have been using the Meteobridge to upload the data from my TFA-Nexus Pro weather station to a number of weather platforms.
It happens quite often (in June 7 times and in July already 5 times, of which on 7 July even 3 times in one day) that the connection between the
Meteobridge and the internet is lost, so that no data is visible online.
I then receive an email from a number of platforms (Awekas and Weathercloud) that the weather station is offline. The connection is usually re-established by disconnecting the power from the Meteobridge for a minute and then reconnecting it. Sometimes the connection is lost after a few minutes and I repeat the process to re-establish the connection. Sometimes it goes well for a few days or weeks, after which the connection is broken again for inexplicable reasons. If someone is at home, the connection can be re-established, but if we are on holiday, there is no one to re-establish the connection and it can easily happen that I cannot follow the weather situation at home from my holiday address for several days.
The connection between the Meteobridge and the router is wired, so it is not due to the loss of the WiFi connection. I have also reset and restarted the router, but that also has no positive effect on maintaining the connection.
Could it be that the Meteobridge is not functioning properly or is there perhaps another cause for which a solution is available?
