No Internet Access

Hello,

i can't update data because meteohub doesn't see my internet line. It shows that:

NetworkHostname: meteohub
Workgroup: HOME
MAC: 00:1D:7E:AD:3C:63
IP: 192.168.1.3
Gateway: 0.0.0.0
DNS: 192.168.1.1
WAN IP: no internet access

I know there's no gateway but when i try to save it in the setting page the gateway disappears and returns 0.0.0.0. :blink:

Why i can't save it?

Have you checked your Internet Access? Is it okay?
If the answers are yes:
Have you tried to reboot your meteohub?
Are you using DHCP or manual IP?

The issue is with the Gateway.... I also noticed that last week when creating a new setup my gateway would go to 0.0.0.0 when changing my IP. When I put the gateway in - it would not show up - but found that after I put the gateway in - hit save - then reboot immediately - that worked for me. You're right though - it was not saving or "taking" when you hit the save button and reverting back to 0
s - but rebooting right away fixed the problem and it would come up with my gateway.... Give it a try!

input "255.255.255.0" press "save" and reboot (regardless what it displays). When it shows up again chances are good that 255.255.255.0 will be there.
