FTP Push help!

Hello Everyone!
I have had Meteohub for over a year running on 2.6 ( I just upgraded to 3.2d) just updating weather underground.
I wanted to add some new functionality so I enabled the FTP push. When I push test and save this error appears:
Scheduler for upload of data for Weather Networks has been setup.
Error on system call: /usr/bin/ncftpput -V -u michael -p michael -P 21 aghy.kicks-ass.net /home/meteohub/meteohub-upload.test >>/var/log/messages 2>>/var/log/messages
Error: Test file "meteohub-upload.test" has not been uploaded (Return Code 2048: Unknown Error).
I know this FTP server works as I use it! Also I tried another FTP server with the same error.
When I look in the messages log there is no logging for this error. I am not sure what is going on! Any ideas?
Attached is a screen shot.
The FTP server might not be up as this is the one I user and do shut it down every so often.
