BUG: WMR968 dead anemometer, uploading 5mph avg (last value)

On December 19, at about 5:30pm, my WMR968 lost the signal from the anemometer for some unknown reason, and as a result, the Meteohub software has been uploading the last-known average windspeed and direction to Weather Underground ever since.
I'm running a fairly recent version, I recall upgrading at most a couple of months ago.
Thanks for checking into this.

I have been regularly running into a similar problem with my VantagePro2 setup -- the Meteohub loses sync with the VP2 base station (again... apparently I need to order a ferrite core) and for whatever reason although it knows it isn't receiving any new data from the station (the 'last data received' note on the summary page listed '7h' by the time I finally noticed something was amiss), it doesn't do any of the following that it should do:
a) send me an email about the sensor failure, even though the alarm log showed it detected the failure, and I have it set to 'email immediately' upon such events
b) reset the USB connection, which always fixes the VP2 connection problem and was reportedly implemented into Meteohub a few revisions back
c) stop sending data updates to Weather Underground. As you can
see here, my solar radiation reading was showing that the sun was out late into the night during this particular connection failure, along with flat-lined temperature and barometer!

The only thing in my case that it needs to stop sending is the wind data, all the other sensors are working fine.
I'll have to check when I get home as to whether it might be a bug in the WMR968, not Meteohub - if the WMR is sending the bogus data, then there's not much Meteohub can do about it. Though, I did get a "sensor failure" notification from the unit.

I checked the WMR, it was showing the dead sensor with "---" as the wind speed.
Naturally, a reboot of the meteohub cleared the bogus data upload, but hopefully there's an easy fix within the app.
