Hello,

My meteohub shown in its web configuration interface no WAN conection. IP it is 192.168.1.5: I have tried DHCP active and manual configuration but in both cases gateway was show as 0.0.0.0 If I change the configuraction (DHCP) to manual and I set IP to 192.168.1.70, gateway to 192.168.1.1 and DNS 80.58.0.33 after save all parameters back to previous values, no changes so no internet conection to upload my data.

I am using version 3.2.

Any comment will be very welcome.

How is your Meteohub set up on your home network? Is it plugged into a router and then the router connected to the internet? Is it plugged into a desktop computer via a cross-over ethernet cable?

Without knowing more details I am guessing in the dark, but potentially you have one of two issues:

1) your router is not functioning as a DHCP server (thus when you have the Meteohub set to DHCP, it does not receive any network information because no server exists downstream to provide info.) (Alternately for added security your DHCP server might not assign information to MAC addresses it does not recognize, so you might need to add the Meteohub MAC address to the trusted list on router.)

2) Your local subnet is not 192.168.1.* (but instead might be 192.168.0.*, 10.0.0.* or similar), so the Meteohub default address of 192.168.1.70 does not work because it is on the incorrect subnet. Verify this by checking the local IP address of your computer against that of the meteohub -- the first three digits must be identical for the Meteohub to communicate properly with the network.

I have meteohub connected to a hub with it is connected to a modem-router. Configuration in the modem router is

gateway 192.168.1.1
Netmask 255.255.255.0
DHCP Enabled

I can search the internet with may browser, no problem, just that meteohub does not connect to internet.

It has been working until yesterday. What really surprise me it is that I can not change in setting tab, IP and Gateway. If I set DHPC box, same thing, no internet connection.

That is peculiar!

If it was working previously, I would suggest trying a different ethernet cable, and a different ethernet port on the modem-router, just to verify that it is not due to a cable break.

Past that... ???
