Have just tried to upgrade to latest version but it does not work for me.last time I upgraded to 3.3c I was unable to use the web update using IE so I saved the file to desktop and then somehow (unable to remember)I managed to change the old version to 3.3c
Have tried following the steps for alternative update but seem to get lost after I have saved file to transfer folder.
Sure that it is me just not understanding what I have to do, so any help would be much appreciated.

Still trying to update meteohub
Downloaded latest version to transfer folder and then installed from file. the followig error shows at top of screen.
Error: File "\\Meteohub\\public\\transfer\\update-v4.1c.upd" has not been transferred.
What am I doing wrong.
