some minor Bug-Fixes:

* Limits number of time schedules graph uploads to 100.
* Handling of WLIP for Vantage is changed to allow for hourly data uploads of WLIP to Davis weather network.
* Meteohub displays warning, when there is no weather station selected or is no sensors assigned to an ID.
