Fixes a bug that doubles entries in crontab on x86 systems during installation of rc5. This update corrects the crontab automatically.

x86 system log halt problem should also be solved by this update.

Hi,

I installed 4.2rc3 with no problems, even a glitch with reporting to wunderground -73.3 dew point data had stopped.

Having installed 4.2rc6 (and the latest 4.2 from the downloads section) the -73.3 glitch has returned.

As 4.2rc3 appears to work better for me personnaly, can I roll back to rc3?

Thanks
Darren

Have you tried going to the Weather network page and making sure you have the right sensor assigned to Dew Point....if so - then hit save again to see if that fixes it or just hit save regardless as sometimes that fixes a lot..... I had a similar issue but now problems in RC6 for me.....

Yes, I have tried that but didn't make any difference.

This is an example of what is happening:-

RC6 was running this morning, didn't have the problem with RC3 which was running for about 3 days.

I doubt that rc3/6 do a difference on this. In the meantime I have a request at WU running to understand the reason for -73.3. Meteohub is not sending that value, looks like something WU generates when most of the sensor data is missing.

Missing temp data indicates that connection to wmr200 is dropping, that can be caused by climate conditions that affect RF reach of your sensors.

I will come back on this, WU support has answered.
