Is it possible to have a new day start at a user configurable time?

For instance I'd like my min/max measurements to be from 9am, not midnight.

this is a hard one...

Just thought I'd add, sometimes the harder things are the more worthwhile ;)

I appreciate it may be difficult, but many official weather stations use 9am/9pm as the cutoff for day/night measurements.
