Heart Beat irregularity?

The attached image is a test graph showing a System 'station' data.
The blue line (left hand scale) is "availability", i.e. sum/min for the "Heart Beat".
Between 0645 and 0700 there is an odd blip, even though the system was running fine, and the sensor readings look nothing out of the ordinary, i.e.:

If sensor timing and evaluation close to the minute is critical, might it be an idea to move the 'pluse' of the heartbeat to a different position in the minute, well away from the point of evaluation, e.g. at or around 30 seconds?
