Remote Data Feed for WD Live

I suspect I know the answer to this...but I need to know for sure.
I am currently operating a Peet station in a remote location and using the WXTrak interface (Byonics.com) to send APRS data via Amateur Radio. System is working great...data is being fed into the whole APRS system.
I have since discovered WD Live and really would like to try and interface it to my data and display it directly on a website. My problem is that I am operating from a REALLY remote location via solar power...no possibility of Internet access unless somehow possible via my radio link and that I do not want any intermediate PCs required in the loop. I think the Meteohub *might* be able to play into this somehow.
1) Is the Meteohub package absolutely dependent upon a direct Internet connection?
2) As long as proper credentials are supplied...can it FTP the data directly to my website without any intermediate hardware in the loop?
Any ideas as to how I could make this work?
