OREGON WMR100A (wind speed problem)

I installed the sensor in the roof but I can't get wind speed and uv index values. I can't see the values on the screen. But other values like temperature, pressure can be seen correctly.
What can be the reason of this problem? How can I solve it?
Thanks.

Does the WMR100 console see the wind & UV?

Hi,
Only thing I can see is ZERO for wind and UV values on the console. There must be some transmission problem from sensor to console. I attached the picture of console maybe it can help.
Thanks.

On my consoles (WMR200 & WMR928) the wind would show as -- if the sensor was out of range; but if the anemometer is turning and you are still seeing 0.0 then it does sound like a reception problem.
If you temporarily move the console nearer to the sensor do you start getting a sensible reading?

I did exactly what you said. I moved the console closer to the sensor but nothing. I couldn't read any value again. And annemometer is turning. So what can be done if there is a reception problem? Thanks.

The first thing would be to try resetting the console. Have you tried that?
