Moving Meteohub to another computer

I am running the Meteohub package on a computer running under Windows Vista and VMware, due a lot of Vista related problems on that PC I want to run Meteohub on a other computer running Windows XP and VMware.
Can I copy the VMware created directory to the other PC without any problems? When I'm thinking in the right way all the data should be in that directory so I have to tell VMware at statup that I copied the data and it should be running in the same way as on the old PC or am I thinking wrong?
I know I have to reactivate the software on the other PC.

For users with the same question, YES it works.
I've stopped the data logging process at the old PC, copied the by VMware used Meteohub files to the new PC and started VMware on the new PC, after answering the VMware question that this VM is a copy it runs perfect, all the data, defined graphics, settings etc are the same as on the old PC.
After a activation code transfer Meteohub is running perfect on the new PC.

The new PC is a modified HP Thin Client T5730, flash module changed for a 2.5 inch notebook drive and memory upgraded to 2 GB, Operating system Windows XP professional.
Power use is 25 Watt averaged in one week.
