how can i export the data to an exel file ?
is this possible ? is it possible to export just the temp for example ? regards from greece

The "HTML Templates" mechanism described in secrion 2.11.4 of the manual can be used for other things besides html.
If you use that mechanism to set up a csv file, excel would be happy to read that.
