Migration from 2.0 to 2.1c

Im Download-Bereich ist eine neue Anleitung zur Migration von 2.0 auf 2.1c abgelegt. Die direkte Migration auf 2.1c vermeidet einige der Umstellungsprobleme in Bezug auf die Netzwerkverbindung.
