Display delta for the entire timeframe?

Not sure how to do this:
I'm Analyzing my gas usage on an hourly basis for the last week:
Time Bucket 1Hr using deltasum on the left Y-axis
Along that I'm using the max value on the right Y-axis to display the total usage over reporting period.
The above works fine, but the right Y-Axis shows the absolute nummerical values (for instance 23500-27000).
What I would really like to see is that the right Y-Axis shows the values 0-3500 since this is the real delta range during the reporting period.
Any ideas?
