WDL and Night Webcam?

Has anyone succeeded in getting the embedded Day/Night webcam facility in WDL working correctly when using Meteohub as the weather data source
I can only see the cam with the day url, even at midnight,(either camera will work when in the day position in WDL)
I've checked the forum and similar questions have been asked regarding day/night switchover, but no answers(that I can find)
Need to know before I pull out what little remains of my hair
Cheers

I have the same problem. It doesn't look like Meteohub sends that 610 data to the clentrawextra.txt file.

Well the newest update addresses the day/night label on line 610 of the clientrawextra files. But WDL still doesn't switch over to my nightime URL. Ugh. I don't know what is causing it to fail.

Hi
The day/night camera switch works fine for me
BUT
In night mode the day camera is displayed first and only changes over when the cameras "refresh"
Did some searching on the WDL forum and it appears that is "How it Works"
Lowering the camera refresh rate in WDL makes it less noticeable
Now if I can just get Boris to provide my UI-View WX output file my shopping list is complete
Cheers

Hi,
I'm getting somewhat confused with these threads so please can we have some help and guidance.
The simple question that keeps being asked is does the night time webcam function in WDL work with Meteohub and if so how do we get it working?
If not, is it under development and if so when is the projected delivery date.
Many thanks in advance for any feedback.
regards to all.

Hi Align
See my post above
It does work as specified
Any lack of elegance is in the way WDL handles the changeover
The default 120sec delay in camera refresh can make it appear not to work (it also resets if you refresh your browser)
Meteohub appears to be working correctly
Any queries to the WDL forum I think
Cheers

Hi Grebo and thanks for your feedback.
I have tried again tonight to get it working to no avail. I'm currently running 2 systems both with the same issue.
The test button works fine and the refresh rate is set low at about 5 seconds.
I have checked the data (using Parse) in the attached clientrawextra file and found sunrise /sunset times are there ok. When looking at the Day Night Flag I have only a " - " (dash) in the field as if no data has been supplied by Meteohub.
What are the labels required to set the Day Night Flag? as I think I'm missing them from the Meteohub output.
The version of MeteohubI'm running is 4.6i (Build 3589).
Any ideas please.
regards to all.

to be sure that the new WD Live settings are used you have to enter meteohubs GUI and save the settings there once
>> WD Live and press save

with the Meteohub WebGui select menu
WD LIVE
Next
>> click on <<< Save >>>
With this a new clientraw draft is written and with the next upload you can check if clientraw.txt contains correct entries ...
