IP Webcam support or Image upload support

Is it possible to add webcam-support for IP-cams. You can acces the ip-cam with 1 url so I thinks it's not difficult to implement it?
Or is it possible to upload an image (jpg) with meteohub (like a html-file)?

At one point, Meteohub did support USB webcams. However, it was always very experimental, and I think that it was too big of a performance hit, so it was dropped.
IP-cams should be able to upload by themselves. At least, that's what I have mine set up to do.

USB webcams are supported on the more powerful hardware platforms.
