Calibrate Sensors

Hi

I have a question about sensor calibaration on Barometric Pressure.

My current station height is 96m
My BTHR918N - reading is 1006mb

Without any sensor calibration Meteoplug is calculating the pressure as 1017.3mb

When I goto Sensors page I see that : 1006mb (1017.3mb) fc:1

The real local Sea Pressure is 1011mb , now will I do the Sensor Calibration ? According to what I understand , I must goto sensor calibration page and calibrate the FACTOR (a) reading by 0.9940 to reach the desired 1011mb isn't it ? I left the offset (b) blank...

Once I do this I still get the 1017.3mb, where am I doing wrong ?

Thanks

I would do by an offset of -6 mbar , not a factor, but that does not change your idea in principle.

could you please post a screen dump of your calibration page?

OK , I am taking some screen shots and I will send them to you.. :)

Ok , Here are the screen Shots :

I'm also sending you my personal IP Address and User and Pass by seperate e-mail , please get into my Meteohub and try to see if you can understand why I can't calibrate my sensor ...

BTW, Since I could not get the FACTOR (A) to calculate, I tried with (-) minus Offsee but it didn't work either.

Please see the pics

thanks, as I receive quite some mail regarding calibration not working with 4.6k, I will deep dive into this shortly.
good news is, that meteohub will repair calibration effects when installing next update which fixes this, as calibration does not change raw data.

Boris Hi

When should I expect a solution from you for the error on hPa Pressure calibration ?
